Three connected questions.

How do operators create new value, how should BSS evolve to support it, and how do we deliver that change reliably at scale?

01 / MONETISATION

Making connectivity more valuable

Charging, billing, catalog and commerce capabilities that help operators bring differentiated offers to market.

02 / INTELLIGENCE

Making BSS more adaptive

Exploring where AI and agents can support decisions, resolve friction and improve customer and operational outcomes.

03 / DELIVERY

Making change repeatable

Industrialised engineering, automation and talent development across systems integration, application services and managed services.

Technology matters when it changes what people can do.

I’m Saket Kumar, a telecom services leader at Ericsson. I lead global service delivery for the Monetization & Core Commerce portfolio, spanning systems integration, application development and maintenance, and managed services.

Across my career, I’ve worked on BSS and OSS delivery, operational transformation and the capabilities teams need to serve changing customer expectations. My current focus is bringing AI, modern engineering practices and product thinking into service delivery in ways that create measurable value.

I write about the future of BSS, AI-native service delivery and the people who will build it.

A foundation across technology and management.

Engineering, signal processing and business education continue to shape how I approach telecom and service delivery.
